Method

This study included 90 patients clinically diagnosed with dentine hypersensitivity, randomly divided into three groups:

Dentine hypersensitivity scores for tactile, air blast and cold-water spray were noted on a visual analogue scale at baseline and day 15.

BioMin^® F showed a better result in reducing dentine hypersensitivity.

BioMin^® F showed statistically significant reduction in dentine hypersensitivity in comparison with other two commercially available toothpastes.

BioMin^® F is a potent desensitizing agent.

The study also observed that BioMin^® F outperformed other dentifrices, including NovaMin™*, providing significantly higher levels of tubular occlusion (to help to prevent and reduce the symptoms of dentine hypersensitivity).
