• Randomized controlled trials with adult participants diagnosed with dentine hypersensitivity.
• Experimental group containing bioactive glass and a control group with a placebo or desensitizing agent not containing bioactive glass.
• Patient follow-up and quantified pain ratings required.

Conclusion

BioMin^® F is the best long-term treatment option for Dentine Hypersensitivity in preference to Pro-Argin™ and strontium acetate.

BioMin® F is more effective than NovaMin™ in reducing the symptoms of dentine hypersensitivity.
